Mona Lalchandani, owner and founder of ESP, was raised in a culture that views seniors with respect and reverence. This orientation, combined with twenty years of experience in working with seniors and their families, has enabled Mona to help thousands of Bay Area residents. She currently serves on the board of the Adult Day Services Network of Alameda County, served as President of Partners in Care of Alameda County (PICA) and is involved in the Berkeley Leadership Program.

A graduate of UC Berkeley School of Social Welfare, Courtney has 15
years experience working with seniors in case management and assisted living. She is passionate about her work with clients and families and has worked extensively with senior communities in the East Bay and San Francisco.

Hospice work, groups, dementia training and supportive counseling have all been
part of her social work practice, as well as teaching social service classes at a local
community college. In addition to placement services, Courtney offers on-going

Since 2004 Shamila has been helping Bay Area seniors and their families through education, outreach, and advocacy. She is passionate about her work with clients, their families and senior communities throughout the East Bay. Shamila’s clinical education efforts were recognized nationally as the “Best of the Best” by the Assisted Living Federation.

For more than a decade Sandra has advocated for seniors through outreach and education that seeks to enhance their independence. Through her experience working with adult day services, wellness centers, community groups and assisted living facilities, Sandra has been able to help thousands of older adults and their families throughout the Bay Area.
